Nationwide is seeking a motivated and organized Online Administrative Assistant to join our vibrant team in Nelson. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
Respond promptly to emails, phone calls, and messages to ensure efficient communication within the team and with clients.

Documentation and Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all administrative activities, ensuring easy accessibility for team members.
Assist in the preparation and formatting of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Strategic Planning and Analysis: Collaborate with team members to assist in strategic planning initiatives, providing analytical support and insights on operational improvements.
Analyze data and compile reports to identify trends and opportunities for efficiency enhancements.

Project Coordination: Support the coordination of various projects, including tracking progress, managing timelines, and liaising with stakeholders.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative solutions for enhancing administrative processes.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Act as a point of contact for client interactions, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their engagement with Nationwide.

Office Management Support: Assist in the management of office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are stocked and available.
Contribute to creating a joyful and vibrant work atmosphere, fostering collaboration and teamwork among colleagues.

Requirements:
Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business administration or a related field is a plus.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in an online or remote setting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
Personality Traits: Adaptable: Able to thrive in changing environments and handle multiple priorities effectively.
Hardworking: Demonstrates a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving team goals.

Soft Skills: Strategic Planning: Capable of contributing to the long-term vision of the team through careful analysis and planning.
