### Job Description:

J.P. Morgan Chase is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Online Account Support Specialist** to join our dedicated team in Nelson, NZ. As a part-time associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support for our clients' online banking experiences. Your passion for customer service and your ability to manage multiple tasks will be critical in ensuring our clients feel valued and supported.

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Support:** Assist clients via multiple channels (email, chat, and phone) with inquiries regarding their online accounts, including account access issues, transaction inquiries, and security concerns.

- **Account Management:** Monitor and resolve a variety of account-related issues, ensuring client problems are addressed promptly and accurately.

- **Documentation:** Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other support teams and departments to address complex client issues and escalate cases when necessary. Foster cooperation between departments to enhance the overall client experience.

- **Feedback Loop:** Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement. Share insights with team leaders to help improve processes and services.

- **Training:** Participate in ongoing training programs and team meetings to develop your skills in online account management, customer service, and compliance requirements.

- **Quality Assurance:** Conduct periodic reviews of client support interactions to ensure best practices are followed and to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

### Requirements:

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in online account support, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the financial services sector.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in online banking systems and customer support software (CRM). Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
