**Job Summary:** We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Online Account Support Assistant to join our team in Auckland.

As a critical member of our online support team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding client service while promoting a collaborative environment.
**Key Responsibilities:** - **Client Account Management:** Assist clients with their online account setup, maintenance, and navigation, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- **Inquiries Handling:** Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, chat, or phone, providing accurate information and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Data Entry & Management:** Enter and update client information accurately in our database systems, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and organizational standards.
- **Feedback Collection:** Regularly gather and document client feedback on our online services and communicate this information to the appropriate teams for continual improvement.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and financial advisors, to ensure unified support for client needs and objectives.
- **Training & Support:** Provide training to clients on utilizing online tools and resources effectively, enhancing their overall experience with our services.
- **Reporting:** Monitor and report on recurring issues or challenges faced by clients, contributing to the development of solutions to enhance service delivery.
- **Process Improvement:** Actively participate in brainstorming sessions aimed at improving existing processes or introducing innovative practices that enhance client support.
- **Policy Adherence:** Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all interactions and transactions.
**Requirements:** - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 4 years experience in customer service or account management, preferably within the financial services industry.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools.
