Position: On-Site Support, IT Regional Liaison – New Zealand
Location: Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington or Christchurch
Purpose: The On-Site Support, IT Regional Liaison – New Zealand is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of IT support services in WSP Regional offices located in New Zealand. This includes coordinating the provision of a rapid and efficient resolution service for any issues, problems, and complaints with dispatch resources and other IT support teams.
Additionally, the On-Site Support, IT Regional Liaison – New Zealand will be involved in projects, responsibilities, and initiatives in both Regional and Main centre offices as well as nationally and globally when required.
Key Responsibility Areas:
Regional Services Coordination: Act as the pivotal escalation point for the effective and efficient progression of customer issues, requests, and complaints.
Regional Services Support: Ensures the day-to-day services in all key sites are operational and available.
Team Management: Work in close collaboration with other team leads and managers to contribute to strategic planning, process development, and decision making.
Continuous Improvement: Ensures ongoing improvement to the quality of processes and practices to improve services provided to the business.
Collaborate with IT OSS Coordinator: Ensuring effective use of On-Site Support resources to support the regional offices.
Coordinate Dispatch Resource Requirements: Organise and schedule effective dispatch personnel required for Regional offices.
Uphold WSP's Guiding Principles: Engage with colleagues and clients in an ethical and professional manner.
Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant qualifications in Information Technology and/or a minimum of 7 years equivalent experience, with a commitment and capacity to attain Foundation Certification in ITIL v4.
