We're after a superstar Onboarding Specialist with experience in B2B SaaS products.
Empowering retailers to deliver great shipping experiences is what we do. Hence, we are looking for a high output, thoughtful, and skilled onboarding specialist that will add value, energy, and technical expertise to our team. You thrive in the spotlight with customers, eager to spend as much of your day as you can helping them be successful and will focus on reducing churn and driving decreased time to value through the on-boarding and activation stages, helping companies launch quickly and effectively.
The Role
Be part of a team of problem-solvers, who enjoy what they do and are serious about making a positive impact on our customers. Provide exceptional onboarding experiences throughout our customers' lifecycles, empowering them to deliver great shipping experiences for their end customers.
What you'll work on
Be the key contact and trusted partner for onboarding accounts, delivering a world-class customer experience
Identify what would indicate a customer's "first value" and drive towards achieving it to ensure the customer is set up to realize Starshipit's total value
Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship with our customers to help drive their implementation and in turn the value of our product and features
Understand our customer's business and use this information to provide meaningful expertise, reporting, and feedback to strengthen the relationship
Have an in-depth understanding of our product and its features – this will help you to understand what works or what makes our customers tick
Manage prospects through onboarding to conversion to ensure long-term customer retention
Proactively communicate and deliver ROI for our customers by facilitating training throughout the customer journey.
Collaborate with the wider team to share knowledge and new learnings
Stay ahead of the game with new changes to the industry or to our product
More About You
You are self-motivated, accountable, poised under pressure, and driven by educating and delighting customers. You are known as a team player, trusted advisor, and master juggler… of tasks and keeping on top of things, that is. You have a gift for clear, concise communication (both written and verbal) and love identifying process improvements to increase efficiency. In addition, you will ideally have:
3 + years in an onboarding and/or customer-facing roles
Can build and maintain meaningful relationships with people
Be a problem solver who is comfortable with complexity
Have experience working in SaaS or with APIs
