Should be able to communicate with all walks of life and be able to deliver desired results within a desired timeline.About The RoleIn your role as an Onboarding Coordinator and Administrator, you will collaborate closely with our on-site consultants and candidates in New Zealand and overseas. You will serve as the primary point of contact for new migrant workers coming into New Zealand as well as local temp staff, taking them through the onboarding process and making sure all workers are provided with PPE. Additionally, you will play a key role in keeping the office fully stocked as well as reconciling credit cards, invoices, and completing additional ad hoc tasks. Demonstrate a high level of compliance with Stellar's recruitment process and systems.DutiesCoordinate and schedule training programs, both formal and informal, to help new hires.Aftercare of contractors including assisting with timesheet queries.Maintain new hire and employee information.Prepare and provide new hire kits, which may include employee handbooks, company swag, and other materials.Maintain accurate records of all onboarding activities, ensuring compliance and easy retrieval of information when needed.Continuously evaluate and improve the onboarding process to enhance the overall experience for new hires.Collaborate with HR, managers, and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience that aligns with company goals and values.Assist with ongoing training for our workforce.Other administrative duties across the team.Skills & ExperienceTertiary qualifications in a related discipline are preferable.Intermediate level experience using Excel.Excellent relationship-building skills to collaborate within departments.Ability to deliver training sessions to new employees.To apply for this position, click APPLY or call Roy Prasad for a confidential discussion.
