About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven On-Premise Specialist to join our team, based in the Waikato region or Auckland-ish. This is a newly created role, offering you the unique opportunity to make it your own and take Good George to new heights.
Key responsibilities:
Expand Good George product categories in the On-Premise sector through direct sales and wholesalers
Develop and manage relationships with key On-Premise customers, including the Good George Home-bar group, to boost sales and brand awareness
Enhance trade marketing activities for the On-Premise channel, including promotions, activations, drinks support, and tastings
Support key Good George On-Premise customer activation events and functions
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and drive sales growth
Deliver on financial and non-financial KPIs for sales and volume growth with current and new customers
Core skills and experience:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the hospitality or liquor industry, including recent (within the last 3 years) roles in sales management, business development, or leadership with an On-Premise customer base.
Proven ability to develop and manage key accounts, fostering strong relationships with clients.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate unique ideas to drive business growth.
Collaborative team player who contributes positively to group efforts and supports colleagues.
Excellent presentation skills with strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Proactive problem solver who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding client expectations.
Genuine passion for beer, cider, spirits, cocktails, and the Good George brand.
