At Entain NZ, we're looking for enthusiastic Casual On-Course Customer Service Representatives to join our team.
This is a great side hustle for those looking to make some extra cash while enjoying the action at the racecourse.
You'll get to interact with racegoers, help them with our digital services, and make their race-day experience awesome.

Where And How You Can Work... You'll be kickstarting your journey of joining our team predominately based at Ellerslie, Auckland .
Full training will be provided.
Please note, you must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
Your day-to-day...
Welcome and engage with customers on racecourses on peak attendance days.
Promote and support customers to increase their engagement with our digital channels.
Educate customers about promotional activities, including offering alternative products.
Support customers in using Digital Channels (App & Mobile Web) and Self-Service Terminals on racecourses.
Ensure customers are aware of and supported in using all of Entain NZ's wagering channels.
Learn and perform product basics as customers experience.
Build knowledge and experience of basic functions, including sign-up, placing bets, using bonus bets, and activating generosity offerings.
Navigate Self Service Terminals and digital platforms to support customer interactions on the racecourse.
Understand and focus on problem gambling, following AML and SB policies.
What You'll Bring...
Previous experience in customer-facing environments or promotional activities is certainly a plus; however, personality is everything.
We value your confidence, a can-do attitude, and a bubbly personality just as much.
An outgoing and friendly personality with a customer-focused mindset.
A high level of personal and professional presentation and integrity.
The ability to capture and recall information on customer interactions.
An interest in Sports, Racing, and Wagering Entertainment.
Experience working with various online platforms/systems.
