Full Time - Fixed term (6 months)About the roleWe are looking for an enthusiastic individual or experienced Officer Administration Support who has what it takes to succeed in a dynamic and challenging role. As a member of the Operations Team, you will undertake to assist the Team Leader in the provision of consistently high service delivery levels across the range of the Operations team administration tasks which are effective and responsive to the services delivered from the team across the District.
Skills and ExperienceStrong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detailProficiency in using common office software, such as Microsoft Office suiteHigh attention to detail and accuracy in data entryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritise tasks effectivelyFlexible and adaptable to changing needs and prioritiesPrior experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Administrator is preferredWe provide full support and training to help you succeed in this role.
