About this role In this role, you'll be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling creditor statements, and maintaining our creditor database. You'll also handle foreign transactions and Noho Marae payments, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Your ability to provide timely and accurate feedback to customer queries will be essential in maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. About you We're looking for someone with at least two years of experience in a specialized area and one year of customer service experience. A Certificate Level 3 in Administration, Business, or Computing, along with NCEA Level 3 Mathematics (or equivalent), is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications is also essential. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with excellent communication and relationship management skills, we want to hear from you.
