Our culture is built around professional development, mutual respect, and a shared dedication to excellence across all aspects of our business and to our customers.Qualifications & experienceExperience in office administration or customer service administration.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Google Workspace, Payroll systems such as Xero and Smartly).Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively.Tasks & responsibilities• Advanced Administrative Support: Oversee document management, handle high-level correspondence, and support management with detailed reporting and administrative tasks.• Office & Operations Coordination: Take charge of office logistics, schedule meetings, welcome visitors, and ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.• Project Leadership: Assist with marketing and business projects, support business initiatives, and lead process improvement efforts to optimize workflows and enhance overall business performance.• HR & Financial Support: Manage onboarding, employee records, and payroll assistance, as well as handle expense tracking and invoice processing with accuracy and discretion.• Management Level Collaboration: Work closely with planning executive and managers to support strategic initiatives, facilitate communication, and act as a trusted partner for business operations.We provide a company phone and vehicle for business use allocated to you.Our organization values a positive workplace culture, offering a range of benefits, including paid leave on your birthday, regular social events, and the opportunity to join our social club.We foster a supportive and collaborative environment, and can offer some flexibility to work hours to accommodate the needs of the right candidate.
