Eastern Suburbs Gymnastic Club (ESGC) has a long-established reputation at both recreational and competitive level gymnastics.
Based in Glen Innes in Auckland, we cater for gymnasts at all levels – from pre-schoolers right through to competitive gymnasts.
We are supported by a fantastic club community that thrives on passion, fun, and a love for gymnastics.
We are currently looking for a part-time receptionist to assist with daily customer service and administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will be our first point of contact for customers so will need to be energetic, bubbly and comfortable working in a collaborative, team environment.
The role will involve dealing with customer enquiries, answering phone and emails, merchandise sales, using our database system 'Friendly Manager' and other general administrative tasks.
On-site training will be provided.
The role is 20-25hrs per week.
Hours of work will be afternoons Monday to Friday, with the potential for some Saturday mornings.
(hours negotiable).
Potential for a full-time position is also an option if the candidate has gymnastics coaching experience and is willing to take on coaching hours.
Key Requirements: Previous experience in customer serviceExcellent Communication skills and confidence working in a team environmentOrganised with great time management skills.Experience with working in a sporting facility, gym or child-care centre is an advantageMust be eligible to work in New Zealand.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
