The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in office administration and management, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience.

### Key Responsibilities 1.
**Office Administration:** - Oversee daily office operations and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, making necessary purchases and stock adjustments.
- Implement and maintain organizational systems and protocols to enhance workflow.

**Communication and Coordination:** - Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes as necessary.
- Facilitate communication between team members and departments to promote collaboration and transparency.

**Data Management and Reporting:** - Utilize data to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on office performance metrics and present findings to management.
- Support the implementation of data-driven projects and track progress indicators.

**People Management:** - Assist with onboarding new team members and ensure they have access to necessary resources and training.
- Support a positive and productive work culture by fostering employee engagement and resolving conflicts when necessary.
- Implement employee feedback mechanisms and respond to team needs promptly.

**Policy and Compliance:** - Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations as they pertain to office management and employee relations.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in managing sensitive company and employee information.

**Project Management:** - Assist with coordinating special projects and initiatives as directed by senior management.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
### Requirements **Experience and Education:** - Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
