### Key Responsibilities

1. **Office Administration:**
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and align with American Airlines Group's policies and procedures.
- Handle office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

2. **Scheduling and Coordination:**
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members as necessary.
- Manage office calendars, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of important deadlines and key events.

3. **Financial Management:**
- Assist in budgeting and financial administration, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to ensure timely reconciliation of payments.

4. **Resource Management:**
- Manage office supplies inventory, perform procurement activities, and ensure all resources are adequately stocked while adhering to budget constraints.
- Develop and implement efficient office procedures that will enhance operational productivity.

5. **Human Resource Support:**
- Assist in onboarding new employees by coordinating training sessions, preparing necessary documentation, and guiding them through company protocols.
- Act as a point of contact for employees' concerns regarding workplace issues, communicating effectively while practicing emotional intelligence.

6. **Performance Monitoring:**
- Evaluate and analyze workflows, processes, and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement optimizations.
- Prepare and present reports to management on operational efficiency and office performance metrics.

7. **Compliance and Record Keeping:**
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations in office operations.
- Maintain comprehensive filing systems for both electronic and paper documentation.

### Requirements

**Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in office management or administrative roles.

- Proficient in using office software such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and perform effective solutions.
