Job Description: Newmont Mining is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Office Manager, working remotely from home in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies - Organize and maintain electronic and paper files - Assist with HR functions such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff - Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails - Assist with budget management and expense tracking - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication - Implement and maintain office policies and procedures - Provide general support to staff and management as needed Requirements: - 4 years of experience in office management or a related field - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software - Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines - Motivated and hardworking attitude Personality Traits: - Motivated - Hardworking Soft Skills: - Adaptability - Communication Benefits: - Medical coverage - Free accommodation - Gym membership Working Environment: At Newmont Mining, we strive to inject a sense of joy and vibrancy into the work environment.
