Job Description:

The Warehouse Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work from home. As an Associate Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
- Supervise and support administrative staff, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate communication and collaboration within the organization
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist in budget planning and monitoring expenses related to office operations
- Maintain office equipment and technology, troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Support senior management with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in office management or a related field
- Energetic and motivated personality with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other office software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
