Job Description: We are looking for a confident and resourceful Office Manager to join our team at Best Buy in Nelson, NZ. This is a full-time remote work position at the Associate level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in office administration or management. Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the office, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings and events.- Manage office budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.- Supervise office staff, providing support, guidance, and training as needed.- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering as needed.- Drive initiatives for diversity and inclusivity in the workplace to create a culture of belonging. Requirements:- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.- Excellent people management and cooperation skills.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and office management software.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
