KCL Engineering Services Ltd is a boutique engineering consultancy based in an open plan modern office in Newmarket. Our team of engineers is helmed by two managers (Director and Associate) with draughting and admin support. We provide multi-disciplinary engineering expertise for a variety of commercial projects including civil and structural engineering design, ceiling and building component seismic design, and 3D modelling.We are looking for a Personal Assistant/Office Manager to provide administrative support to the Director and Associate, oversee daily office operations, and support the smooth functioning of our office.You will need:Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with management, staff, clients and suppliersAbility to multitask and efficiently manage time and deadlinesComfort with changing priorities and a dynamic work environmentProficiency with common office softwareExperience with job/workflow management systems would be usefulThis is a pivotal position in our busy office where you can have a significant impact and contribute to our company's success. You will be involved in a wide variety of activities including:Managing emails and filing systemsWorkflow tracking and resourcingManaging client expectations and delivery datesTravel and conference bookingManaging stationery and kitchen suppliesInducting new staffThere are opportunities for you to bring your experience to the fore and make improvements in the way we do things.
