Key Responsibilities : Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including emails, phone calls, filing, and general office upkeep Maintain and organize office systems, ensuring smooth communication across departments Handle invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping, ensuring accurate financial records Manage the bakery's online ordering system, ensuring all customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately Schedule and coordinate meetings, deliveries, and special events for the bakery Assist in the development and implementation of office procedures and policies to improve efficiency Support marketing efforts, including updating social media platforms and promoting new products Receive, process, and oversee customer orders for cakes, pastries, and savory items Collaborate closely with the bakery team to ensure accurate and timely completion of orders Maintain knowledge of bakery products and ingredients to assist customers with inquiries and recommendations Monitor inventory levels for both office supplies and bakery ingredients, ensuring timely replenishment Coordinate with suppliers and manage orders for bakery ingredients and other necessary materials Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations Skills & Qualifications : Proven experience in office management or a related role Familiarity with bakery operations, including knowledge of cakes, pastries, and savory ingredients Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent customer service and communication skills Proficiency in basic bookkeeping or accounting is a plus Familiarity with social media and online ordering platforms Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle deadlines A positive, team-oriented attitude Bachelor's degree in business administration How to Apply : Please send your CV and a cover letter outlining your experience and why you'd be a great fit for Faithful Flavours to Please also record a short video explaining your qualifications and experience and why you'd be a great fit.
