Job Summary: As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and supporting our team to maintain a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized workspace.
Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff.
Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Assist in financial tasks such as invoicing and budget tracking.
Communicate effectively with team members and external partners.
About you: Either hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business, or Have 3 years of proven relevant work experience in a similar role.
Employment Details: Type: Permanent role Location: Wellington Working Hours: Guaranteed at least 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Hourly Rate: $29.66 - $35, depending on experience What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
