Are you an organized, proactive individual with a passion for supporting a dynamic team?
We're seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join our growing LJ Hooker Wanaka office on a full-time basis, with potential flexibility on hours for 1-2 days for the right candidate.
Role Overview: The successful applicant must have accurate computing skills, be able to work under pressure, and be highly organised.
An excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
A can-do attitude is imperative, as is a bright and energetic personality, a fantastic phone manner and you must be a willing team player.
This role includes but is not limited to: Sales support for our high performing sales team Digital marketing Data entry and processing General Administration Client relations Xero This role is a full-time role, Monday to Friday working 37.5 hours per week.
As our Office Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fast-paced team.
From managing administrative tasks to providing essential support, you'll be the backbone of our office.
Key Responsibilities: Efficiently handle day-to-day administrative duties, including processing contracts and disbursements.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, both in person and over the phone.
Assist with basic marketing tasks, such as social media management and coordinating promotional materials.
Collaborate closely with team members to ensure streamlined processes and effective communication.
Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
Real Estate or legal experience would be a great advantage.
Able to do invoicing and reconciliations of client accounts.
Proactive and able to take initiative.
Excellent organizational skills and absolute attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
