With a small team of 10 dedicated individuals, we are seeking a self-motivated Office Manager to oversee all administrative duties and assist with daily operations.The ideal candidate will be proficient in bookkeeping using Xero, skilled in Microsoft Excel & Word, and have an understanding of health & safety requirements in the construction industry. Proven marketing experience is a bonus. Additionally, the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality is essential.Key responsibilities include:Administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as tracking sales and purchases, job costing, and providing support to the Director and QS/Estimator.Wages and HR functions - utilising Xero payroll. Ensuring contracts are compliant with current employment laws.Sales and marketing activities, including building relationships with clients, managing the company website on Wordpress, and updating social media platforms.Health and safety oversight to ensure staff engagement and compliance with Sitewise prequal standards. Previous experience with Sitesafe assessments is advantageous.Monitoring vehicle maintenance and compliance.General office upkeep duties like cleaning, housekeeping, and kitchen maintenance.This part-time position offers 20-25 hours per week, with flexibility in hours/days to accommodate the right candidate.
