**Responsibilities:** - **Administrative Support:** Assist with daily administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing office supplies, and filing documents to ensure smooth office operations.
- **Office Coordination:** Oversee the general office environment, ensuring it is welcoming, organized, and conducive to productivity.
This includes maintenance of office equipment and liaising with service providers.
- **Communication Management:** Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
Draft and distribute correspondence as needed, maintaining professionalism and clarity.
- **Event Coordination:** Plan and coordinate office events, including team-building activities, meetings, and training sessions to foster a positive work culture.
- **Financial Administration:** Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices and managing office budgets, ensuring all expenditures remain within allocated limits.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with different departments to facilitate seamless operation and encourage teamwork within the office.
- **Strategic Planning:** Support the management team in implementing office policies and procedures that align with company goals and enhance operational efficiency.
- **Health & Safety Compliance:** Assist in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations within the office, promoting a safe work environment for all employees.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions that streamline processes and enhance the overall office experience.
- **Training and Development:** Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay current with industry trends.
**Requirements:** - **Education:** An associate degree or equivalent qualification in business administration, management, or a related field.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred.
