Our client, a successful Christchurch based construction company, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team and play a key role in driving their success.
The role This role offers a combination of administration and accounting tasks and is perfect for someone who thrives on managing their own workload and enjoys variety in their day.
Attention to detail and a willingness to learn is key.
This is an office based role for 30-35 hours per week - Monday to Friday and works well for someone seeking the flexibility of school hours.
Tasks and Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable and Payable Bank reconciliations using Xero Staff contracts & onboarding Health & Safety Month end reports Office organisation and supplies management Organising staff events Your Skills and Experience: Proficient in Xero and Microsoft Office Previous experience in the building trade would be an advantage Strong communication and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail Good time management A flexible start date and competitive salary based on experience is on offer for the successful candidate.
