Rough Milne Mitchell Landscape Architects Limited Office Management (Administration & Office Support) Our administration team is evolving!
Our current Accounts Manager is transitioning out, and our Office Manager is moving into a new position within the team.
We need someone to ensure the smooth running of our Christchurch head office and support our wider team.

Your Opportunity The role is full of variety and would suit someone who prides themselves on being supremely organised, has fantastic attention to detail, and has strong people, administration, and some finance skills.
Confidence and the ability to help develop systems as we grow and manage aspects of the office with a degree of autonomy are required.
This is a multi-faceted role that will see you working with the Finance and Operations Manager.
The successful applicant will have had previous work experience in a similar environment and general office management experience.
The successful applicant will ideally have: Previous experience with contracts (e.g.
lease and insurance).
Knowledge of tenders.
Sound IT and website maintenance skills.
Health and Safety Policy management experience.
Basic accounting/finance knowledge.
A knowledge of Xero and Microsoft products.
A knowledge of Total Synergy (ideal but not required).
The Office Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to: Facilities management including lease and insurance renewals.
Managing tender contracts, RFPs, and RFIs.
Marketing/PR activities.
Arranging travel and social events when required.
Leave cover for other admin positions.
Assisting with invoicing/project financial management.
Supporting Directors.
Attending meetings and taking minutes.
Implementing new systems to enable the smooth running of the business.
Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
