Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and streamline daily office operations, maintaining high standards of efficiency and service.
Assign tasks, monitor staff, and manage personnel functions including hiring, training, payroll, and performance evaluations.
Handle client inquiries with professionalism and ensure smooth communication with clients, brokers, and lenders.
Maintain accurate office records and manage accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory policies.
Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations and relevant industry standards.
Coordinate appointments, client meetings, and manage diaries for brokers and management.
Liaise with financial professionals and external partners to facilitate office operations and resolve any issues.
Develop, implement, and monitor office policies and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and teamwork.
Key Requirements:
Qualification & Work experience requirements: Candidate should have either of the following:
- NZQF Diploma or equivalent OR;
- At least three years of relevant experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Customer-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Knowledge of the mortgage or finance industry is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and proactively within a dynamic environment.
