Your infectious and engaging style will help you build positive relationships with netQ customers, stakeholders, vendors, and distributors to support timely invoicing and payment of netQ contracted services. In a nutshell, you will be our go-to person and the heartbeat of the Team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain XeroMonthly timesheets, TIL, leave, and expense claims are actioned by month-endPayroll, PAYE and GST are completed on timeCredit card transactions and receipts are trackedManaging Bank accountsCash flow managementMonthly financial Board reportingAccounts Payable & ReceivableMonthly invoicing processes for services is coordinated and managed at month-endContact point for all billing queriesRebate management and follow upOverdue accounts receivable is tracked and managedGeneral Office Management TasksManaging office conditions, security and resolving property-related queries or issues with the building managerManaging office cleaning servicesBusiness communication and reminders to staffEnsuring office supplies are available (tea, coffee, sanitary services, stationery, apparel)Travel booking and administrationThe key contact point for staff needs and requirementsOther activities as identified by the Leadership team from time to timeCoordinating office/social/team functions/awards and events including cateringExternal event management and coordination, including venue hire and catering of eventsCoordination of marketing activities to support Sales growthSkills and ExperienceYou take pride in your work, demonstrating a professional work ethic.
