Office Manager

Details of the offer

General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management) Efficiently manages the resources of the office, including human resources and office equipment/supplies.
Ensures all standard processes are followed and that work complies with appropriate government policies and procedures.
Organizes hiring of new employees and assists in the onboarding process.
Takes care of performance and promotion procedures.
Manages budgets, accounts, and payroll systems.
Maintains office conditions and arranges necessary repairs.
Oversees personnel activities such as training and supervision for new and existing employees.
Ensures the workplace is compliant with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
Supervises and plans the work of other administration staff.
Ensures there is sufficient office equipment and supplies at all times.
Actively contributes ideas and skills towards the improvement and efficiency of the company's processes and procedures.
