This part-time position is pivotal in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting our innovative operations in industrial gases and chemicals. The ideal candidate will be resilient, independent, and possess strong critical thinking and persuasion skills to enhance our operational workflow and ensure our team can focus on delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients.---Key Responsibilities:Office Operations Management:Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment. Manage office supplies and inventory. Order and replenish stock as needed while coordinating with vendors for timely delivery.Administrative Support:Provide administrative support to management and other team members, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence. Maintain an organized filing system both electronically and physically.Financial Administration:Assist with budgeting and financial reporting, including tracking expenses and managing office budgets. Process invoices and support the finance team with administrative tasks as required.Human Resources Support:Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees. Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain employee records.Communication and Coordination:Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events, liaising with clients and stakeholders as necessary.Project Management:Assist with special projects and initiatives that support the company's business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.Health and Safety Compliance:Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment. Foster a culture of safety awareness and best practices among team members.Miscellaneous Duties:Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management to support office functions and operational goals.---Requirements:Education and Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in office management or administrative roles. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.Skills and Competencies:Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for critical thinking.Personality Traits:Resilient: Ability to cope with and manage pressures and challenges in a fast-paced environment. Independent: Self-starter who can work autonomously and take initiative in problem-solving.Soft Skills:Persuasion: Ability to build relationships and influence others positively.
