The Company has a large market presence and is expected to continue to grow significantly in the coming years.About the roleIn this role you will oversee all office operations with a focus on scheduling and programming the delivery of our projects. Along with this you will manage the project's inventory and will be the champion of communication with internal, external teams and most importantly our clients. Along with this you will be the driver in maintaining our project management and sales software.DutiesOversee daily office operationsCoordinate with internal and external teams to ensure deliveryManage client communication that reflects the company's service delivery expectations.Handle administrative tasks and schedulingMaintain office policies and proceduresStock ordering and managementExternal service provider coordinationSkills & experienceExperience in the construction industry is advantageous but not necessary.Strong organisational skillsPositive and solutions-focused attitudeProficiency in project management software and MS office suiteCulturePeople enjoy working in this team because of the supportive and proactive environment.
