We're looking for an Office Manager to join us on a fixed term contract from 18 November 2024 to 4 December 2025 to provide maternity leave cover.The role is based in our modern office in Auckland CBD and will have 2 - 3 days of work from home flex. What will you be doing?As part of the People & Culture team, your role will focus on general office management and supporting the employee experience, with a sprinkle of event coordination. This will include: Ordering and monitoring office supplies - stationery, coffee, snacks and beverages as well as Plexure merch. Helping organize regular office events, including catering. Promoting and tracking the use of our company benefits (there are lots!). Coordinating any office maintenance or repairs with the building manager, contractors, and cleaners. Organizing travel bookings (flights & accommodation) for remote employees travelling to Auckland. Providing general administrative support to the People & Culture team. What are we looking for? Someone friendly and dependable who enjoys working with people. Experience working in an office management, admin, PA or reception role. Strong time management and organization skills.
