We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our great team working out of our project office in Drury, South Auckland.
As Office Manager, you will be busy and appreciate that the work is varied and no two days are the same! Your attention to detail and organisational skills will ensure the office is efficient and the team can focus on core objectives.
As a key point of coordination, your effective communication and ability to support overall office productivity will be pivotal to the success of our team.
Responsibilities Responsibility for the set up and day-to-day operation of our office. Managing office security and liaising with the building manager to resolve property-related queries. Producing correspondence, memoranda, presentations, and reports both of a general and commercially confidential nature on behalf of managers. Arranging travel and accommodation for managers. Coordinating office/social/team functions/awards and events including catering. Supporting Senior Managers (Construction Manager, Project Managers, Superintendents, etc.). Troubleshooting/resolving office management issues as they arise. Onboarding of staff. Coordinating and attending meetings. Weekly and monthly reporting. Qualifications A team player who actively contributes to a high-performing collaborative team culture. Previous experience in an office management position is preferred. Good computer skills including the ability to troubleshoot IT issues (e.g., printers, servers, internet, audio-visual equipment, etc.). Knowledge of building maintenance requirements. Excellent communication skills. Good organisational and strong administration skills. A high level of customer service.
