Office Manager

Details of the offer

Specific Duties & Responsibilities :  Efficiently manages the resources of the office - including human resources and office equipment/supplies. To ensure all standard processes are followed and making sure work complies with appropriate government policies and procedures Organise hiring of new employees & assist in onboarding process Taking care of performance and promotion procedures Management of budgets, accounts, payroll system Managing the office condition and arranging necessary repairs Taking care of personnel activities such as training and supervision for new and existing employees Ensuring the workplace is compliant with Occupational Health and Safety regulations Supervise and plan the work of other administration staff  Making sure there is sufficient office equipment and supplies at all times. To actively contribute both ideas and skills towards the improvement and efficiency of the company's processes and procedures.
