Evaluate administrative processes and develop improvements for efficiency.Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff and management, ensuring optimal time management.Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between departments, employees, and external stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and promote a transparent working environment.People Management: Support HR activities by assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees. Foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.Financial Management: Assisting in budget tracking, expense management, and reporting on office operational expenditures to ensure fiscal responsibility.Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
