Office Manager

Details of the offer

MAP Transport Ltd is looking for 1 Office Manager on a full time permanent position with guranted minimum of 30 hours per week. The applicant for the position of Office Manager needs to hold NZ class 1 Driver License or equivalent if outside New Zealand. The hourly wage rates from $29.00 to $35.00. The company is based in Auckland Region but you will be travel outside of Auckland for business purposes.

Job Requirements

Have a good work ethic

Be a team player

Flexible with work timing

Have no criminal conviction and willing to do a drug test if required

Be punctual, reliable, a can-do attitude and a willingness to get the job done.

Assign work to the staff

Plan and review services and policies

Set priority to the work

Allocate equipment and jobs to the staff

Liasing with Professionals to coordinate business operations and provide resolutions to the problems if any

Maintain records of business and customers

Ensure all office and other related business equipment's are available as per the jobs and maintained as per standards

Ensure health and safety procedure are followed as per the regulations

Ensure all compliance related to IRD, Labour, Work & Income, Auckland Transport, Immigration or any other government legislation are met.

Promote business on various platforms

Supervise other staff members and provide relevant training

Enter data into payroll and all other relevant softwares

Report all incident to Director

Attend and coordinate staff meetings

Any other duties assigned by Management

We will provide the training if required and will assist you converting youroverseas license to New Zealand license
