Eric Wiig Ltd is well-known and highly regarded for their expertise in the painting and coating services industry. This locally owned business has now been operating for over 50 years and they continue to build strong client relationships. Their clients love them, and they have expanded their offering to keep up with demand, including painting & decorating, resin flooring, waterproofing and sealants, spanning across commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Based in their office in Onekawa and reporting to a forward facing and progressive managing director, this newly established role will see you sitting across a range of responsibilities. You will be the MDs right hand and you will also provide support to the project managers and wider team so they can meet their project deadlines. You will ensure accurate and timely processing of the day to day finance administration, and have HR, health and safety, marketing and social media oversight. There is plenty to sink your teeth into here and a real chance to make the role your own. It's a senior role and remuneration reflects that. We need an initiative-led, well organised office manager who ideally has an affinity to the building and construction industry. You will need to be confident working across different systems and have a solid understanding of accounting principles. There are lots of moving parts here, so you must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to wrangle the team. Attitude and energy will be essential, and you must be a team player. You will be joining a great bunch of people who take real pride in the services they offer.
