Office Manager/ Administrator Position

Office Management (Administration & Office Support) The company is a well-established, successful, small business in the Water Treatment industry, providing a range of solutions to water quality issues.
Responsibilities: Assist owners by taking responsibility for admin tasks and processes.
Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and statements.
Demonstrate a competent level of computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Knowledge of Reckon is an advantage.
Assume management of stock, office stationery, and equipment.
Manage outward freight (pick and pack for courier collection).
Be able to lift and shift stock – reasonable level of physical fitness required.
Maintain cleanliness in the office workspace, kitchen, and bathroom.
Transitional training/support will be provided.
