Office Manager / Accounts Administrator (Tech Company) An interesting company is looking for a dynamic and proactive Office Manager to join a growing team!
In this role, you'll be at the heart of operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll handle a wide range of responsibilities from administration to accounts, from ordering groceries to being camp mum or dad to the staff.
What you'll bring:
Essential MUST HAVE a graduate degree for this role
4 years+ accounts administration and office management experience for an SME company
Confident with Excel, Word and Outlook
Confident with Xero & Smartly or similar accounting & payroll software packages
Strong organisational skills with a knack for keeping things running smoothly
Attention to detail with managing financial records, sick leave & processing invoices
Good pragmatic & logical approach to get things done
Great communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and external partners
Good problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues as they arise and coming up with new ideas
Answer first line customer support calls
Liaise with the landlord, cleaners, organise the games room & kitchen, order groceries – happy to roll up your sleeves and sort things out that need to be done
People person? Good personality & sense of humour working with staff, management & suppliers?
