We are seeking a motivated individual to provide temporary data entry, administrative, and office support to our client's dynamic team. If you enjoy contributing to a high-performing team and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Working Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, this will be a temporary position where you will have the potential to gain valuable experience in a supportive, high-energy team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and process data.
Manage and process purchase orders, invoices, and employee timesheets.
Maintain and update work orders, ensuring all information is correct.
Use various software systems to complete daily tasks.
Deliver professional and timely administrative and contract support to team members.
Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently to meet deadlines in a busy environment.
You will be someone who thrives under pressure, has exceptional attention to detail, and understands the importance of accuracy in everything you do.
Minimum Requirements
More than 1.5 years' experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A resilient, positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
The ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Be drug-free with a clean criminal record.
Eligibility to work and live in New Zealand without visa restrictions.
