Located in Te Puke, our office offers a supportive and professional environment with the added benefit of a straightforward, traffic-free commute.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
Managing and directing incoming calls to the appropriate team members.
Handling mail and packages, both incoming and outgoing.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, deeds, and document preparation.
Providing proactive administrative support to the team and contributing to a collaborative and efficient workplace.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Teamwork: A team player with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in office software and computer systems, such as Microsoft Office.
Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a bonus but not essential.
