We are looking for a high performing, motivated Inventory Coordinator to join our small, dedicated team. Being a part of our team means getting in and helping where needed. It is a small team and so we work closely to support each other including covering each other when needed. The role is based in Henderson, Auckland and hours are negotiable totalling 35 hours per week. As our Inventory Coordinator you will be responsible for the following; accurately reporting on inwards goods arriving on sitemaintaining a good stock level in the warehouseworking with our drop ship supplierscorrect reporting and adjusting on existing inventoryKey Tasks; Reporting to the directors, the successful superstar will: Coordinate the inwards process.Planning stock levels for promotions and specials.Working with operations manager to exit end of lines effectively.Oversee and controlling the correct stock going to the correct line before and during the pick.Complete stock-take of the itemsFacilitate the management of stock in MYOB.Communicate with accounts on short deliveries.Work with Inventory Manager to develop and implement Inventory Control Procedures.Following up on orders not received.Improvement of stock recording accuracy.Skill set required; Clean full NZ driver's license is required.A passion for our brand beliefs and core values.A ton of positivity.Great communication skills – ability to enjoy a few laughs and work in a very close team.Highly organised with a focus on the fine detail.Great initiative to problem solve in a fast-paced, autonomous environment and think outside the box to improve processes.Experience with MYOB or similar.Microsoft experience.
