Responsibilities:Provide personal assistance and administrative services to the director.Support office administration tasks and coordinate works with field workers.Arrange and coordinate weekly meetings, take minutes, and prepare reports.Liaison with stakeholders, sub-contractors, and field workers.Assist with safety and well-being administration.Collate invoices, process them, and ensure timely delivery.Assist with ad-hoc requests, special projects, and other responsibilities as required.
