Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and driven office all-rounder to assist with various tasks. This is a busy role, and you will be the backbone of the business.Your duties will include, but are not limited to:Operations Coordination: Managing and scheduling for the team, agendas, client management, administration support, monitoring processes and improvements, and supporting HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.Office Management: Organising team building and small events, maintaining policies and procedures, and coordinating with other departments to facilitate cross-functional initiatives.Leadership Team Coordination: Working closely with the management team to identify process improvements, note-taking during stakeholder meetings, creating agendas and task lists – overall keeping the executives and staff accountable!Sales and Account AdministrationClient Project Coordination: Tracking milestones, coordinating and managing projects, acting as a conduit between the procurement, sales, and project teams, assisting with the settling up of new projects, and running weekly project check-ins with managers.About you:• Having a tech background would be a benefit but not essential.• Strong office and administration management is a must.• You will be able to think on your feet, be driven, and have the ability to create this role into your own.• Be able to work autonomously without being guided or micro-managed.• Be bold enough to keep the team accountable and assist where there may be assistance needed.• Collaboration is key – you will be an idea person, a go-to person, and be open to improvement within the business.What's in it for you?• Working within a supportive team - collaborative, friendly, and energetic• Thriving team culture with regular social events• Permanent opportunity with a competitive salary• Full-time office hours• Experience growth in this role, and truly make it your own!
