Office Administrator Part Time. Xero Based, Construction Company

Small modern friendly office on North Shore. Good work variety. Sole charge.  7 to 10 hours per week depending on work load. Reporting to and working with the owner. This is a quiet air-conditioned environment inc parking and usually only 0 - 2 other personnel onsite. We're looking for a happy and experienced administrative superstar.  Normally Tuesdays and Thursday but flexible days and (part) working from home is fine. Tasks include but are not limited to the following: Xero basedBank reconciliation, including credit card reconciliationAccounts payable and receivableGST ReturnsBudget entryReport generationQuarterly journalsUse of tracking codesPurchase order matching and paper approval systemCode of Compliance Certification (CCC) applicationsOrdering office suppliesFiling and answering telephone enquiries Applicant to have: Experience of using Xero with competency to journal entry and fixed asset levelSkills in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Sharepoint essentialTheir own computerGood communication skillsFlexibility as workload may varyKnowledge of Monday.com (useful but not essential)Understanding of the construction industry (highly beneficial)Rate negotiable based on experience.
