Office Administrator

Cambridge Real Estate are on the hunt for a full-time Office Administrator. 
The position will start asap through to January 2026 but may have the opportunity to extend longer.
The position includes assistance with the day-to-day running and administration of the front desk and reception area.
The role includes the below: 
*Proactive & varied role requiring lots of initiative & self-management. 
*Work closely with all staff members to provide on-going administrative support. 
*Prepare Market Appraisals 
*Complete the process for new listings (Create flyers, window cards etc)
*Process Sold/Withdrawn properties 
*Answer the phones & greet clients 
*Assist with rental enquiries that come through reception/phone in 
*Liaise with purchasers & vendors as necessary 
*Liaise with other real estate professionals including agents, solicitors, bankers, accountants & others as necessary 
*Order stationary & signage as required 
*Maintain discretion & confidentiality at all times
Skills & Experience required: 
*Highly organised with good attention to detail. 
*Excellent verbal & written communicator. 
*Good all-round IT skills – Outlook, Word, Publisher, Excel, In-design & Facebook 
*Fast, accurate typist. 
*Great interpersonal skills – friendly, confident, outgoing & professional.
 *Ability to multi-talk 
*Team-player


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
