The Opportunity
Our amazing (no pressure) Traffic Management Administrator is leaving town, and we are looking for her replacement. If you would like to join our Traffic Management Team and have the attributes required, we would love to hear from you.
As the Traffic Management Administrator, you will be responsible for the planning, organising and general administration for our Traffic Management Department Manager and her team. This is a dynamic role where no two days will be the same and we are looking for someone who is calm under pressure and enjoys being in an environment where change is a constant challenge.
Responsibilities
Planning and organizing (previous scheduling experience would be an advantage)
General office duties
Administration – memos, correspondence, reports and other documents as required
Answering incoming calls as required
Invoicing and data entry as required
Site visits (full training will be provided for this part of the role)
Other duties as reasonably requested
Availability to be on call when required
What you'll bring to the table
Experienced administration skills
Experience with Microsoft software
Clear communication, making sure requests are dealt with promptly and accurately
Experience in Traffic Management would be an advantage
