Office Administrator (Part-Time - 20 Hours per Week) Advertisement

The role involves providing administrative support to contribute to the efficient operation of the Runaka office. The position requires:
Attention to detail.
Effective communication via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Completion of all duties accurately and delivered to a high quality and in a timely manner.
Experience in working with Microsoft Office Suite and other digital systems is required, along with the ability to provide basic support to IT-challenged colleagues.
Knowledge of Ngai Tahu and basic Te Reo is essential to perform the required tasks in this iwi organisation.
