Office Management (Administration & Office Support) Full time About the role As an Office Administrator at Quinovic Property Management (Riccarton) , you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of our Christchurch office.
This newly created full-time position is an excellent opportunity to join a leading property management company and contribute to the success of our business.
What you'll be doing Providing comprehensive administrative support to the property management team Assisting the Business Development Manager with on-boarding new properties Handling incoming enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members Meet and greet visitors/tradespeople to the office Process rent payments on a daily basis Process invoices and assist with MYOB payments Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and database Coordinating the ordering of office supplies and equipment Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders Could manage a small portfolio of properties if required What we're looking for Proven experience in an office administrative or customer service role Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A basic level of MYOB proficiency and MS Office suite A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude What we offer At Quinovic Property Management (Riccarton), we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
