Join us to support our daily office operations and help driving sales and marketing initiatives in New Zealand market. Key Responsibilities:Core Duties and Responsibilities:  Office Administrative Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.Sales & Marketing Support: Assist in the coordination of sales and marketing activities, including helping with customer communications and promotional campaigns.Social Media and Web Management: Manage social media accounts, report on engagement and ensure web content is up to date.Event Management : Coordinate events, from planning and budgeting to execution.Customer Service Focus: Provide excellent customer service when handling customer comments and inquiries across all platforms.Budgeting & Coordination: Work closely with the Managing Director to ensure proper budget allocation for marketing initiatives and events.Customs & Product Orders: Handle the ordering process, customs clearance, invoicing and product deliveries as needed.Driver's License Required: Deliver products to partners and clients when necessary.Executive Assistance: Provide additional support to the Managing Director with various tasks, including scheduling, communications, and special projects.Business Development Opportunities: Contribute to the growth of the office by identifying and developing new client relationships and partnerships to drive market share expansion. Key Requirements: Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, is required and experience with Adobe design and such software is a plus. Proven experience in office administration, preferably with a background in sales and marketing coordination.Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.Knowledge of Social Media and Web management.Experience with Event Management.Ability to travel when required.
