The role This role is all about manaakitanga and looking after our people.
Reporting to the Executive Support Manager, you'll be responsible for: Providing manaaki for our visitors including clients, business partners, and kaumatua.
Preparing meeting rooms including catering and technology requirements Ordering and maintaining stationery and kitchen supplies Supporting health and safety initiatives Managing and maintaining the company pool cars Providing additional administrative support across the business What you'll bring To be successful in the role, you'll have: Proven administrative and customer service knowledge and experience Proficiency in MS Office applications, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organisational and time management skills An ability to build positive working relationships, both internal and externally An ability to plan, prioritise and juggle multiple workflows.
